When you see Lizzy Williamson’s broad, infectious smile beaming out at you from one of her exercise videos, it’s easy to think she’s got it all together. She has. But it wasn’t always that way.

When her daughters, now aged 11 and 9, we’re a baby and a toddler, life was very different. She suffered post partum depression, and things got so bad she wanted to harm her baby. The regular manta that whirled around and around in her head was, “I want to die”. As a woman who'd always been positive, upbeat and successful, this came as a shock. But for Lizzy, it was real. She reached a crossroads in her life, and had a choice. Fall into a dark pit or find a way out. She chose movement.

Lizzy clawed back a happier, healthier and more energised life through her Two Minute Moves - quick and simple exercises that you can easily integrate into your busy life. From her idillic home in Sydney's Northern Beaches, Lizzy, not only has her own life right back on track, but has made Two Minute Moves a national sensation. She's written a book, creates workout videos and has appeared on national TV.

You know you should be moving more, but sometimes that first step is the most difficult to take. Lizzy makes it simple. You can do her exercises anywhere, at no cost, and in a tiny pocket of time. No more excuses.

Today Lizzy shares her own inspiring true story and proves that you can bust stress, fight depression and reclaim your life. Two minutes at a time.

Self-care is a concept you hear flying around more and more these days. But as a busy time-poor mum already up to your eyes with to-dos, do you really want or need the extra burden of self care?

Absolutely says Suzy Reading, author of The Self-Care Revolution. Suzy is mum to Charlotte and Ted who are 7 and 3. She's a Chartered Psychologist and qualified yoga teacher specialising in wellbeing, and knows first hand that self-care is an essential part of being a successful mum.

With all the pressure that falls upon you as a mum, spending time nourishing yourself will help you to heal, to cope, to buffer yourself from future stress, and enable you to become your best self.

Today Suzy will demystify what self-care is and help you easily access it when you're feeling time and energy squeezed. You'll learn about the power of micro moments of nourishment and learn to break through the barrier of mummy guilt in order to take action. She'll introduce you to her Vitality Wheel framework and you'll walk away with a toolkit of simple self-care practices accessible to you in the moment, when you need it the most.

Modern motherhood is relentless says mum of two boys, Anya Hayes. Mums are expected to be all things to all people and hold it together without the wheels falling off. But it can be hard to remain peaceful and balanced when your kids sit on your lap while you’re on the loo.

Anya is a health and wellbeing writer and editor, and founder of Mothers’ Wellness Toolkit. She's a Pilates teacher who specialises in pregnancy and postnatal and her 4th book, The SuperMum Myth has recently been launched.

Today Anya will empower you to stop feeling like a ‘rubbish mum’, by breaking down the unrealistic expectation of what it means to be a perfect mum. We address some of the big 'Mum Gremlins' like guilt, anxiety and self sabotage and talk about solutions to uproot negative emotions and thought patterns for good.

Anya knows that the best mum is the good-enough mum and teaches you to embrace your wonderful imperfection, so you'll start to see yourself in a kinder light.

When Sara Campin's daughter and son - now 5 and 2 - came along, Sara fulfilled her childhood dream of becoming a mum. But although she’s incredibly grateful for this wonderful gift and loves her kids with so much intensity it hurts, the realities of parenting fell well short of her built up expectations, leaving her with feelings of disappointment and failure.

London-based Sara handled the high-stress corporate environment successfully, but motherhood proved to be rather more challenging. She suffered post natal anxiety and depression with both her children and still often feels like she's struggling to hold it all together. I can relate to that.

At the beginning of this year, she took time out of her fast-paced career to pause and consider her core values. She subsequently made the difficult decision to step off of the corporate ladder, to spend more time with her kids and follow her true passions. She retrained as a life and change coach and founded Keeping Mum Mighty where she helps mums increase their positive well-being and find greater joy in parenthood. She’s particularly passionate about guiding mums through the difficult transition periods of motherhood.

In today's honest and open conversation about the difficult side of motherhood, Sara shares her 5 greatest challenges in adapting from a sparkling career to motherhood. She has practical solutions for helping resolve the key issues that many mothers face, and by learning to love and nourish herself, whilst embracing and adapting to a completely different lifestyle, Sara's been able to find greater balance, harmony and happiness in her motherhood journey.

Go Conquer Motherhood!

Woo Hoo. I can hardly believe it. I've reached my 100th episode. It's been challenging, intellectually demanding and stressful at times, but also stimulating, fulfilling and rewarding.

But before I tell you what's in store with this episode, I want to say a huge thank you to my amazing team of mums who busily work behind the scenes to bring you the podcast each week. You know who you are and I owe so much to you. Thank you. And of course, I need to thank you, my wonderfully devoted listener. Yes you. Thank you so much for supporting me by tuning in to the show.

So, on to today's episode. I wanted to bring you something a little different for episode number 100, so I have a very special guest lined up. It's .... wait for it ..... ME!

Yes, that's right. The tables have been turned and Naomi Light (one of my mum volunteers) is grabbing the mic and asking the questions. Just for fun, we agreed not to do any preparations ahead of the interview so all of her questions came at me cold. And boy, does Naomi know how to dig beneath the surface to get me to reveal the inner workings of my mind. In fact, I'm a bit worried she might steal my job!

I'm not going to tell you any more, I'll just leave you to listen for yourself.
